The two beaches of Ustka, divided by the harbour, provide an experience that is on a par with that of the best-known beaches in the world.
Both
beaches have a plethora of attractions in the summer and also in the winter. The east beach, located along a
promenade, in the close vicinity of the oldest part of the town, is
easily accessible, so it enjoys popularity all the year round. It is
the site of the beach social life, and beach sports. Water equipment rental facilities have various devices to let
you feel at least some of the excitement of struggling with the sea. It
is a true paradise for children. Big slides, inflatable castles and
trampolines let the children jump off their excess energy.
The west beach may be reached by taking the “Ustka steam-engine train” or on foot, by traversing the 3-kilometre-long path over the bridge on the Słupia.
The west beach is considerably wider than the east beach, and much wilder, which usually makes
it less crowded. Although the beach infrastructure is clearly not as
rich here, it is an excellent place for everyone who likes a more
traditional model of spending time at a beach. Bathing security is
watched over on both beaches by lifeguards.
THANK YOU MY SON BARTOSZ TO TAKE SOME PHOTOS DURING WINNTER WALKING ON THE BEACH in USTKA
